Privacy Policy

When you send an enquiry, Triple Click Media collects the contact and business information you provide so our team can respond, prepare a proposal and manage follow-ups.

Enquiries are stored using Supabase. Approved team members can access them. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate this service. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Optional advertising and analytics tracking is disabled until you allow it. With your permission, we record campaign parameters, ad-click identifiers, page paths and referring website information. We may share conversion information with Google and Meta, including hashed contact information through Meta's conversion service.

You can change your tracking preference using Privacy settings on the landing page. Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.

We use spam protection and temporary, hashed network identifiers to protect the form. Enquiry data is retained while needed for handling your request and the resulting business relationship.
